Navigating the UHI
PARKING
When you arrive at the campus, please park in the visitor parking. This is the car park that is slightly further away from the main car park, just off the main roundabout, next to the bus stops. (You can also identify the visitors car park from the small 'welcome' building).

Please do not park in the main carpark, as this requires a permit. Please also do not park in any central areas or on any grass areas. If you park somewhere out with the visitor carpark, you might receive a ticket.

PERFORMING ARTS STUDIO
The performances will be taking place in the performing arts studio. As you enter through the main doors, you will see the reception desk on the left hand side. Keeping to the left hand side, you will approach two lifts and a set of stairs:

If you are taking the stairs, please walk two flights of stairs up to the second floor. As you enter the second floor, turn left and you will see the learning resource centre (LRC), do not enter the LRC, turn left and head in the direction of the lifts, as you approach the lifts, you will see a set of double doors on your right hand side, this is the performing arts studio.

If you are taking the lift, please enter the lift and proceed to press the button for the second floor. As you exit the lift, turn left and you will see a set of double doors on your left hand side, this is the performing arts studio.

ACCESSIBILITY
The building is fully wheelchair accessible. There is an accessible toilet in the common area, just outside the performing arts studio.
There are toilets located throughout the building, the nearest toilets are located in the corridor on the way to the corrie restaurant. To locate them, when leaving the performing arts studio, please turn left, then right, then left, and head towards the corrie, and you will see the toilets on your right hand side.
There are gender neutral toilets, the nearest are located in the learning resource centre. To find these, please exit the performing arts studio and turn left, and enter the LRC. Please walk towards the library, but do not enter, and then turn right. As you approach, the toilets are on the left hand side.

For the comfort of the audience members, we have detailed the various content warnings that may arise from each of the performances. Please visit the 'Performances' section of this website, to see more detail in regard to the content warnings for each individual performance.
FOOD AND DRINK
Please note that the performing arts studio is a food free area. No food is permitted in this room. Drinks are permitted, but should be in bottles or cups with a lid, to ensure that there are no spills. Alcohol is strictly prohibited.

If you would like to grab something to eat, perhaps before or after the performances, there are two canteens and a shop in the building. The downstairs Lochan café, on the ground floor, has soft drinks, nachos and other light bites. This is open from 8am-4pm.The upstairs Corrie restaurant, on the second floor, has soft drinks, crisps, pastries and hot meals such as fish and chips, pasta and chips (The menu will differ depending on the day). This is open from 8:30am-2:30pm. You can also get tea and coffee from here. There is also a shop on the ground floor, where you can get snacks, soft drinks and hot drinks. This is open from 8am-4pm.
